UK Delivery Overview
Gelatine Sculpt™ is dispatched from our London-based fulfilment centre to every part of the United Kingdom. We are committed to fast, reliable, and discreet delivery, and we work exclusively with reputable UK courier services including Royal Mail Tracked 48, DPD, and Evri.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery times for the UK are as follows:

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon placing your order, followed by a dispatch confirmation with tracking information once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. You can monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.
If you have an account on gelatinesculpt.co.uk, you can also view tracking information by logging in and viewing your order history.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is important to us. All Gelatine Sculpt™ orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging. There is no indication on the outside of the parcel as to the contents or the brand. Only the standard shipping label appears on the exterior, ensuring that your purchase remains confidential.
Failed Deliveries
If you are not home when our courier attempts delivery, they will either:
- Leave the parcel with a neighbour (where you have given permission)
- Leave the parcel in a designated "safe place" if you have requested one
- Take the parcel to your nearest collection point or sorting office
- Attempt redelivery on the next business day
If your parcel is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply if the original delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or repeated non-collection.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
While losses and damages are rare, they do occasionally happen. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact our customer support team at support@gelatinesculpt.co.uk.
We will investigate with the courier and, where appropriate, dispatch a replacement order at no additional cost to you. Lost parcels are typically resolved within 5–10 business days of being reported.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and contents and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at your preference.
Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We can usually accommodate changes if requested within 4 hours of order placement, before the parcel enters our dispatch process. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it.
International Shipping
This store (gelatinesculpt.co.uk) ships within the United Kingdom only. For deliveries to:

Subscription Deliveries
If you have a recurring subscription, your delivery will be dispatched automatically on the same date each cycle (every 30, 60, or 90 days depending on your subscription length). You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal so you have time to amend, pause, or cancel if needed.
