If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed and you will need to provide alternative payment details before we can dispatch any products.
6. Delivery
Full delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. In summary: orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and tracked delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the UK. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the product is delivered to the address you provided.
7. Right to Cancel and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. In addition to this statutory right, we offer an extended 60-day money-back guarantee, which is described in full in our Refund Policy.
